What To Expect

Your First Visit

Welcome to Arsenault Family Chiropractic Centers! When you arrive, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. We encourage you to fill out your paperwork online and we’ll double-check it when you visit us. The paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition. Once we have everything we need, we’ll get started.

We’ll use the non-invasive Thermal Spinal EMG machine to measure the function of your spine and a foot scan to measure your foundation.  You’ll then  have a consultation with Dr. Arsenault to discuss your health history so we can learn more about what is going on with your health — functionally and structurally.

After your consultation, Dr. Arsenault will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well. Depending on your specific condition, we will take digital X-rays, so we get a closer look at your spine.

Please expect this visit to last about 25 minutes.

Your Second Visit

We call this visit the “report of findings visit.” Dr. Arsenault will sit down to discuss his conclusion from your exam and X-rays, and how they relate to your health. We’ll talk about what chiropractic care is and how it works with your nervous system to allow you to heal naturally on your own. Dr. Arsenault will also explain in depth how adjustments work and how you’ll feel before, during and after your adjustment. If you agree with his recommendations, you will receive your first adjustment.

This visit lasts about 30 minutes.

Regular Visits

Typically, these brief visits entail an adjustment with the ProAdjuster and then we’ll check your spine. On these visits, we’ll talk about things you can do to impact your health externally so that you can heal and get better internally.

A Healthy Spine — Forever

Every other Wednesday we offer a workshop where we show you exercises and stretches you can do to heal faster and stay well longer.

Many patients wonder if once they begin care they must continue to come back. Just as brushing your teeth ensures a healthy smile, getting adjusted keeps your spine and nervous system healthy. We encourage you to do what is best for you and your quality of health … it’s your health; you can do with it what you like!

Are you ready to begin care, heal and discover your best life? Give us a call and let’s set up a time to talk about how we can help. (603) 964-1460
